Time to type my diary!
It is another EOS2 result releasing day. In case you do not know what EOS2 is, let me elaborate more. EOS2 is the abbreviation of the End of Semester 2 Examination, and it is your first major exam after coming into medical school, question types are Short Answer Question, One best Choice, and Objective Structured Practical Questions. This is the highest failure rate exam in International Medical University, IMU as short!
Last year, on the same day, I was so stressed, because I was unsure about my result, so my juniors do now. They are so stressed that the result of the EOS2 will not be so under estimated. I really hope that all of them will pass the exam and become 2nd year medical and dental studnets!
Another issue happened recently, it would be about pre-matching exercise, the first time to fill up the form, and i felt that it is going to affect where i will end up in for the next 3 years! Australia, UK, Canada, Ireland? Oh, my god! I will just leave this for god!

Recently, there is something interesting, which is about the pap smear practise during my clinical skill time.
Althought it sounds quite sick to say that you are very obsess with pap smear, somehow this is the first exam that we learn which has involved looking into the body. Thereofore, I found it quite fun.
Ok, recently, IMU is full of studying atmosphere, why? because there are lot of exams going on in November, I think more than 6 to 7 batches are going to have either their summatives or End of semester exam. Here we are, all the best!
And today, we celebrated Joon Heng's birthday at my place, it was quite fun, since i did not really spend time with some of time for a long time, especially Joon Heng. I only knew him through the Junior Orientation, he was the spy for that group, that's why I got closer to him!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOON HENG!!!!

IMU Cup - International Medical Univeristy Cup
It is an annual event that organised by the student representative council and a IMU cup committee! It has been an on-going event for lots of years, and this year was the year of change, the system was changed from batch to house. There are 6 houses in IMU. They are Pegasus, Griffin, Draco, Taurus, Phoneix and Hydra. Oh, and it is a sports competition starting from August till October. Yesterday was the closing ceremony!
After description of the IMU cup, let me tell you about my house. I am in Griffin, at first, I did not plan to join any sports until Jiayi told me that she has insufficient guys in cheer-leading team this year, then i said i would help! That's how i got into the team. There are 28 people, 17girls and 11 boys! They are awesome people, at first, I thought they are very fierce, but when you talk to them more, they are all nice people! And last night, after 2 months of practise, we did our performance! We really put our 100% in, and we did a very good job! We got the first place!... 1st Cheerleading team at IMU Cup!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After all the hard-work we put to learn the dance, stants, everything! I really want to say thanks to all Griffin cheer-leaders!
you can view the cheerleading performance here!
